We're here to help make your gift giving easier!
All orders can be sent direct to your loved ones and they already arrive gift wrapped. We can help with personalised notes too - just write your message in the 'Notes' section at checkout, and we'll write it on a card for any order. Alternatively, you can email your message via the contact form.
Gifts sending direct will be sent receipt-free.
Once you order is dispatched, the nominated email at checkout will be emailed the shipping tracking.

Where is my order?
If you selected tracked delivery at checkout you will receive an email once your order is dispatched with the tracking number (worth checking your spam folder incase you haven't received it!)
All of our orders come with tracked delivery via Australia Post, unless you chose NO TRACKING option allowed for a single pair of socks shipping at checkout. If you need to track your socks, we recommend choosing TRACKED shipping at checkout as we can't tell you their exact location after we dispatch, sorry! :)
Please note for all deliveries there may be delays due to COVID.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct with your order as we ship to the exact details submitted with the order. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure you will be able to receive it at the address given. We will always do our best to help but sorry, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect address given or lost return to sender items. Thank you
